WHAT YOU BRING

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Preferred fields of study: Business administration, business informatics, sales, marketing and communication sciences or equivalent
  • Computer skills: Very advanced (Microsoft Office), and interested in learning new data tools
  • Language skills: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • You are a team player, always open for new experiences and value cultural diversity

Responsibilities:

  • Work on the operational excellence of the end 2 end business processes of Test demonstration and development licenses
  • Apply analytical methods to identify data issues and help automating / improving processes to increase data quality
  • Perform different quality management projects to improve the data quality in the systems
  • Gain experience on end 2 end process (e.g. order to invoice, order to provisioning)
  • Perform (participate / lead) projects & tasks in alignment with our global project experts and the local operational team on upcoming topics like order termination, merger & accuisition, partner escalations
  • Support our global team in orchestrating and monitoring diverse programs and roll outs
