You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Educational requirements: Currently enrolled in a university program
- ideally in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Language requirements: Fluent in English; German is a plus.
- Desired skills/experience:
- Strong understanding of project management principles and PMO best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
- Support project managers, program managers, and PMOs in delivering People and Culture transformation projects.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of PMO processes, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across projects.
- Analyze project data and provide insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
