WHAT YOU BRING

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Educational requirements: Currently enrolled in a university program
  • ideally in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Language requirements: Fluent in English; German is a plus.
  • Desired skills/experience:
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and PMO best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Support project managers, program managers, and PMOs in delivering People and Culture transformation projects.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of PMO processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across projects.
  • Analyze project data and provide insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
