Responsibilities:
As a SAP Signavio Working Student (f/m/d) – SAP Signavio Customer Success Management (f/m/d) you work in the Area of Customer Service and Support
You can mainly work from Berlin or Munich.
In this role, you’ll:
- assist the Regional Director of Customer Success MEE at SAP Signavio in day-to-day business
- support the Global Customer Success Team on long-term strategies to improve customer impact and processes
- manage your own projects to assist the regional team
- create, prepare and analyze reports on team metrics in CRM software
- working on customer success assets e. g. workshops, guidelines to provide a better success play to our customers
