Responsibilities:
Become an important team member of our agile team. Help us improving our structured and agile way of working, to reach our goal empowering thousands of internal developers for application development in the cloud.
- Help the team keep the backlog well-organized and up-to date
- Lead agile team meetings to ensure productive discussions and clear action items
- Work closely with team members to ensure agile processes are followed, identify potential bottlenecks, and foster continuous improvement
- Contribute to a positive team environment by streamlining workflows and communication
