- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Information Technology or related fields
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge on MS Software Installation technologies and Linux Operating System would be beneficial
- Soft skills: Team player, excellent communication and organization skills, high interest in exploring technology to solve business problems
- Language skills: Fluent in English, German as a plus
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a working student (f/m/d) to support in delivery and operations of Training Systems.
Your future tasks include, but may not be limited to:
- Manage and maintain Windows Terminal Services Platforms (Incl. System Monitoring and Maintenance, Security Management, Troubleshooting and Support).
- Support on implementing security policies and procedures to safeguard the WTS environment, including patch management.
- Monitor system performance and health, proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
- Monitor and manage the IT ticketing system and Prioritize tickets based on severity and impact on business operations.
- Help to onboard Hands-on Practice items in the Learning Platform.
