• You’re a passionate learner with a growth mindset, currently pursuing a degree in economics, business, computer science, or a related field.
• You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and are excited about the intersection of AI and business.
• You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can juggle multiple tasks with ease.
• You bring a hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving, always eager to dive in and deliver a practical solution.
• You possess excellent communication skills, able to distill complex ideas into clear insights.
• You’re fluent in German and proficient in English, ready to engage with a diverse team and client base.
• You demonstrate strong initiative and ownership, comfortable with ambiguity and driving projects forward independently.
• Prior experience with using AI or no-code tools is a plus.

• Drive strategic initiatives from ideation to execution, taking full ownership and proactively pushing projects forward.
• Spearhead the development of innovative AI prototypes and solutions, working alongside our technical team to bring ideas to life.
• Optimize internal processes and operations, leveraging AI and innovative tools to enhance efficiency across the organization.
• Contribute to thought leadership and content creation, monitoring the latest developments in research to position us as a thought leader in the AI space.
• Business Strategy Support: Assist in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and strategy development.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments, including marketing, sales, and product development, gaining a comprehensive view of the company’s operations.
