Responsibilities:
Like many other departments, also our Global Legal & Compliance Department is more and more looking into the use of technology to increase efficiencies by automating standardized processes but also to increase the quality of its daily work.
Are you interested in joining our dynamic and ambitious team and support us in driving the optimization of our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Solution within Beiersdorf, changing the ways of working with contracts throughout the organization on a global scale? Then, we want you on board!
You will support us with:
- Identifying and implementing future system enhancements
- Providing user guidance for the CLM as well as on any future product enhancements (new functionalities etc.)
- Creating reports and presentations showcasing the benefits of the CLM
- Creating surveys and updates system-related information provided to the users (such as trainings material) on various communication channels (intranet etc.)
