Working Student - Influencer Marketing

We are seeking a Working Student for Influencer Marketing (f/m/x) to join our team in January 2025. This role is ideal for individuals with sales or marketing experience. The position requires a commitment of 15-20 hours per week.
Tasks

Your Mission

• Collaborate closely with our in-house Influencer Marketing Managers.
• Identify influencers in English and Spanish markets (English and Spanish skills required!) using various platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, podcasts, and our internal database.
• Build a pipeline of potential influencers and reach out to propose partnership deals.
• Assess influencer insights to ensure alignment between their followers and our target audience.
• Negotiate campaign costs and deliverables, then manage campaigns from start to finish.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance.
• Rebook successful campaigns and strengthen relationships with our long-term influencers.
• Support innovation by developing new collaborations and contracts with influencers, from micro-influencers to high-profile celebrities.

Requirements

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Germany with at least one year remaining (mandatory).
• You are fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills (mandatory).
• You excel at using software to stay organized and efficient.
• You bring strong communication and sales skills to the table.
• You’re passionate about social media and eager to learn the ins and outs of Influencer Marketing.
• You’re available to work with us 15-20 hours per week.
