You are part of our Merchant Services team, which supports our national and the international customers, interested parties and partners in all matters relating to our products and services.

• Data maintenance and analysis, as well as creation of statistics and KPI evaluations
• Organization, maintenance and distribution of content in our knowledge base
• Quality management and assurance within the department
• Support with internal department projects

Das solltest du mitbringen

• Degree in business informatics / Information Systems or a comparable field of study
• Ideally some practical experience in an IT environment
• Enjoy working with international colleagues
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Confident handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel; experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus
