YOUR KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE

  • Currently enrolled as Bachelor- or Master student (e.g. Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Engineering, Business/ IT Consulting, Business Law or a related field)
  • You have a keen interest in learning about technology management, governance and compliance in a banking environment
  • You have strong communication skills and are confident in interacting with different stakeholders
  • You think analytically and prefer working in a structured manner
  • MS office experience (Outlook, PowerPoint), Jira / Confluence skills and MS Visio are a plus
  • You have very good English skills. German is a plus

Responsibilities:

Within the IT team you will work with our experts from various IT fields such as IT service delivery, IT supplier management, IT architecture, IT projects, IT security and IT governance & compliance.

  • IT Governance & Compliance
  • Support the regular update of all IT processes regarding regulatory, legal and internal requirements
  • Help organizing the knowledge of the IT department in Confluence; plan and track work, create reports in JIRA
  • Contribute to internal IT projects with an impact on e.g. IT risk management, IT service management or IT security
  • Work closely with the IT colleagues to maintain the bank’s internal control system for technology and security
  • Prepare workshops, colleague onboarding and team meetings
  • Assist in developing training and communication material on IT standards and processes as needed for the IT Team
  • IT Architecture
  • Assist the development of the bank’s technology strategy
  • Maintain and update the bank’s IT landscape documentation in close cooperation with the IT Lead Enterprise Architect
  • Assist IT architects with technical solution designs
  • Support the regular data quality review of the IT system inventory
