Working Student IT Support (m/f/d)

REQUIREMENTS:
Must-have:
- Enrolled at a university for at least one more year
- Available 16-20 hours per week to support us
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. German skills are a plus
Nice-to-have:
- Background and experience in an IT support role
- Previous experience in automating IT processes and basic programming skills
- Technical proficiency in troubleshooting Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems, as well as various hardware and software and cloud applications
- Familiarity with Microsoft Applications, Azure, Intune and Entra ID or similar technologies is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- You provide technical support to end-users and troubleshooting hardware and software related issues.
- You manage and resolve IT support tickets to ensure smooth operations for our team.
- You handle day-to-day IT operations, including the ordering and receiving of IT-related equipment.
- You support IT related onboarding and off-boarding processes.
- You help develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.
- You manage and patch IT devices
