THE QUALIFICATIONS YOU NEED:

• Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Law with a focus on German corporate law or related field
• Experience: Previous internship or practical experience in a legal environment is a plus but not required
• Skills:
• Strong academic background
• Excellent research and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Good communication and organization skills
• Ability to management time effectively and balance work withacademic commitments
• Language Skills: Proficiency in German and English, both written and verbal

THE ROLE:

As a Working Student-Corporate specialist, you will support our corporate legal team with tasks related to German corporate law and governance. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience while balancing your studies. You will assist in legal research, contract management, insurance matters, and general legal support. You will have a strong academic background in law, excellent research skills, and a keen interest in corporate legal matters.

THE WORK YOU’LL DO:

• German Corporate Law Support:
• Assist with research and analysis of German corporate law andregulatory requirements
• Help review and interpret legal documents and regulations
• Corporate Governance Assistance:
• Support the development and implementation of corporategovernance policies
• Contribute to the preparation of governance-related documents andreports
• Legal Research:
• Conduct legal research on various legal issues under the guidance ofsenior team members
• Summarize findings and provide practical advise on implementation
• Vendor Contracts:
• Assist in reviewing and organizing vendor contracts
• Help ensure contracts comply with legal and company standards
• General Legal Support:
• Provide support for general legal tasks and projects, includingadministrative duties as required
• Collaborate with the legal team on various initiatives and tasks
