We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Working Student (m/f/d) to join our Travel and Expense Support team.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a student specializing in Tourism Management, Finance, or Business Administration (BWL) to gain practical experience in an international business travel environment.

- Provide support in handling international travel and expense-related requests, especially those involving SAP Concur
- Act as a point of contact for employees and external partners, ensuring timely and accurate responses to travel inquiries
- Assist with various tasks related to travel and expense management, ensuring smooth communication between our company and external service providers
- Serve as a liaison between our team and our global Exyte employees, ensuring efficient resolution of travel-related issues
- Contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction through proactive and professional support
