You live close to Munich and would like to gain practical experience for 20 hours per week alongside your current IT related studies? Then you’ve come to the right place. We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) to help us build and grow innovative insurance applications.

Our Tech Stack: Node.js, React, TypeScript, Docker, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, OpenSearch, Prometheus, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, AWS, Atlasssian tool chain and whatever helps us to get better.
We are looking forward to your application as Working Student (m/f/d) Node.js/React Software Development at CHECK24 Services für Versicherungsprodukte GmbH in our office in Munich.
Your Qualifications
You are enrolled at a university near Munich, studying Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with strong grades in relevant subjects and the ability to commit 20 hours per week
You have acquired solid programming skills in an (object-oriented) programming language like for instance JavaScript, C# or Java
Some experience in coding web pages (HTML/CSS) based on React.js, Angular or Vue.js
Passion for great user experience and slick user interfaces
You are fluent in English (C1) and like to work and communicate in an agile team
Your Responsibilities
Building and growing innovative insurance applications which are used daily by thousands of users
Developing new features collaboratively with product managers and quality assurance in an agile environment
Independent writing of your own code, with direct feedback for your improvement
Participating in reviewing pull requests from your teammates
Since we do DevOps, we hope you enjoy infrastructure topics as well
Within all that, you’re learning principles, tools and best practices of modern web development using Node.js and React
