Working Student Operations Consultant (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Working Student Operations Consultant to join our team in Berlin. The position can also be done remotely.

Tasks

• Coordinate Cross-Team Projects: Work closely with different departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration. Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
• Feedback Analysis: Collect and analyze feedback from various stakeholders and translate it into actionable requirements for the team.
• Project Control and Follow-Up: Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and follow up on project deliverables to ensure timely completion. Data Management: Handle and interpret various data sets using spreadsheets and databases.

Requirements

• Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze complex problems and data, and derive actionable insights.
• High Responsibility & Goal-Oriented: Demonstrates a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to achieving set goals.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively conveying information to diverse audiences.
• English Proficiency: Fluent in English (B2 or above).
• Student Status: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, preferably in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.

WILL BE A PLUS:

• Software Development Basics: An understanding of software development processes and terminology.
• Business Process Knowledge: Familiarity with standard business processes and frameworks.Interest in Project Management: A strong desire to grow in the fields of project management and operations consultancy.
