ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM
As a Working Student in our Recruiting team, you will be an integral part of the EMEA Talent Acquisition organization, which encompasses professional and emerging talent recruiting, as well as sourcing and coordination. Our team is spread across several European countries and operates within a global framework, offering you the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international environment across different time zones.
You will primarily support the Emerging Talent Recruiting team, assisting recruiters and leaders with tasks such as creating candidate pipelines, conducting talent market research, and providing administrative support for day-to-day team engagement activities. Additionally, you will play a key role in coordinating projects like the EMEA Graduate Program, including support during Assessment Center (AC) Days and throughout the recruitment process.
This position is based in our Berlin office and offers a comprehensive insight into the recruitment processes of a leading international e-commerce company. eBay supports a hybrid work model, which includes working several days per week (flexibility offered to complement your academic schedule) on our beautiful campus in Dreilinden.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Support the Emerging Talent team in Graduate Hiring for the EMEA region.
- Assist in professional tech and non-tech recruiting, sourcing, and coordination as needed.
- Conduct market research with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
