THIS IS THE JOB

As Intern Recruiting & People Operations (human) your main tasks will be:
-

You support our Talent Acquisition Manager in her day-to-day business.

• You accompany the entire recruiting process and actively support it: from the design of job advertisements, the pre-selection of applicants, to conducting interviews to the hiring of new colleagues.
• You ensure that our job advertisements are always up to date.
• You independently take care of maintaining our applicant management system as well as external job boards.
• In addition, you have the opportunity to actively participate in other upcoming People & Culture topics.
