WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Experience in sales or similar roles in approaching people
  • You are communicative, eloquent and not shy to get in touch with people you don´t know

  • You are comfortable in a high-performance, fast-paced environment
  • You are fluent in speaking and writing German
  • Your English is good enough to have internal conversations with colleagues and stakeholders

Responsibilities:

As a working student / Intern in the Commercial Department, you will work hand in hand with our Senior Director of Sales and the Commercial Lead to support our commercial team, focusing on Enterprise sales. Your work will free up time for the sales team and support it throughout the sales cycle.
You´ll mostly be taking care of the first two stages of the sales process - from lead qualification and generation to the initial prospect engagement - but for smaller prospects and inbound leads, you´ll also manage the entire sales process until it goes live.

This requires a variety of topics from research to real sales activities:

  • Identify prospects and the respective decision-makers to enrich existing lead lists
  • Customize sales collaterals and develop appealing communication for prospect engagement
  • Constantly analyze and improve communication to achieve better response rates
  • Reach out to prospects via different channels (mail, phone, LinkedIn, …) and schedule meetings with one of our sales managers
