Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for supporting our Size Charts and Fitting Lab operations
  • You check and maintain sizing data quality
  • You are responsible for supporting the 3D scanning process and annotating 3D scanned articles for the Virtual Fitting Room
  • You are responsible for supporting the Fitting Assistants in the Fitting Lab
  • You are responsible for resolving Size Chart tickets
  • You are in close contact with our operations teams and Size and Fit team members
  • You take on administrative ad hoc tasks
