Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the management and coordination of Zurich’s social media campaigns, from planning to successfully publishing our content across our media channels.
- Discuss and plan editorial calendars as part of the newsroom process with other teams and ensure ideal content distribution on our channels
- Analyze social media data, and make recommendations in order to provide insight to senior management and to optimize content performance
- Support other Group Communications priorities, including community management, content planning, creation and execution as well as our Employee Advocacy program.
- Coordinate and build collaboration with social media and communication specialists from our regional teams around the world.
