Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU NEED TO FULFILL THE ROLE
- Understanding of web-based technologies
- Knowledge of HTML is an advantage
- Knowledge of VBA is an advantage
- Previous experience in a support role is a plus
- Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities:
- Creation and extension of customised report templates in Excel
- Creation and extension of customised PDF report templates in the Thinkproject template editor
- Troubleshooting in report templates
- Point of contact for the customers to help troubleshooting, answering questions and help resolve technical issues
- Become knowledgeable in the application and operation of Thinkproject products
- Provide support to Thinkprojects users by telephone, support ticket and any other means
- Identify and remedy queries quickly and accuratel
