You will support the team of Data Products Portfolio, part of the Corporate Data & AI Organization.
We, the Data Products Portfolio team of the Data & AI Organization, are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student (all genders) to support the Data Products team, which is implementing a corporate-wide data catalog solution. In this role, you will assist in Project Management activities, support the team with enabling the broader organization, assess, test and document features. You will add value by taking on specific functional, technical and service support aspects, that will help our users to adopt the new solution. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management and digital solutions within a dynamic corporate environment.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; available to work up to 20 hrs during the semester
  • Self-driven individual, that brings a strong hands-on mentality and performs well in teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience around IT projects, and/or software solution implementation – ideally in the field of data governance and/or data management
  • Experience in IT Service Management is a nice-to-have
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
  • Good sense how to translate at the interface of “tech” and users with different tech-savviness levels
  • Ideally experience in communications, enablement, change management or related fields

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Product Owner and Product Team of the Data Catalog Solution
  • Assist with general Project Management activities
  • Support the enablement around the implemented features, incl. creation of communications/training material (slides, videos, …)
  • Take over specific functional, technical and service support tasks
