We provide bilingual services across Canada to organizations of all sizes in both the public and private sectors.
We are looking for an experienced Workplace Climate Assessment Advisor to join our team. If you are passionate about creating healthy workplaces and want to join a supportive and growing company, this could be the job for you!
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Applied Human Sciences, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in workplace assessments or related consulting roles.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and presentation software.
- Experience in intervening in human systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with survey methodologies and assessment tools is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive workplace assessments to evaluate organizational culture, employee satisfaction, and the overall work environment.
- Analyze data and present findings in a clear and actionable format to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients to identify their specific needs and tailor assessment and intervention methodologies accordingly.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve workplace environments based on assessment outcomes.
- Design and facilitate feedback sessions, interventions, and training as required by assessment outcomes.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and support.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in workplace assessment and organizational development.
