Description:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Responsible for the product vision and roadmap from working with stakeholders (users, customers, business, digital, technology and vendors).
  • Ensuring that product design meets the needs of the users and business. This is across the whole of the CIPD including our overseas teams.
  • Commissioning user research and business analysis to understand current and future needs and requirements.
  • Responsible for the product(s) financials, business case, and understands the value to the organisation.
  • Appraising of feature rollout for the products in the portfolio and identifying opportunities for adoption within the organisation.
  • Developing strategies to enable people to get the most out of their tools. Improving employee skillset and maximising the return on investment.
  • Identifying training needs and lead on providing training solutions where opportunities have been identified to get greater value from our tools. Facilitating onboarding of new joiners to CIPD.
  • Overseeing the products such as (but not limited to) – the CIPD intranet, MS Teams and other collaboration tools, MS Planner and other project management tools.

Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE

As a Workplace Enablement Manager, you will sit at the intersection of technology, business and design – balancing the needs of the customer with business interests and technical viability. You will be responsible for the portfolio of products that CIPD staff use to accomplish their day to-day jobs. This includes every aspect of the products’ success and life cycle and working with the business, digital and technology teams to achieve this.
