About the Role:
The Workplace Experience Analyst – Data & Analytics is an integral part of Latham’s Workplace Experience team. This role will be responsible for providing financial and analytical support to the team by monitoring expenditures, tracking large volumes of data from operational reporting tools, and helping to build key performance metrics, while maintaining standard reports related to expense variances, headcount movements, and space utilisation. This role will be located in our Manchester office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Developing new reports and metrics related to providing a frictionless and elevated work experience for employees
  • Reviewing and analysing reports and source data to detect inconsistent or improper data patterns
  • Applying financial and analytical skills to respond to various routine and ad hoc requests
  • Updating coding guidelines for operational expenses and responding to requests for guidance on coding
  • Preparing data for presentation to key stakeholders

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of basic general ledger, budgeting, and budget variance analysis
  • Display strong analytical skills needed for all primary duties of position, including comprehending and communicating data
  • Possess the ability to work in a team environment with a customer-service focus

And have:

  • A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Experience of a global working environment, preferably
  • Experience developing analysis and producing reports, preferably
