About the Role:
The Workplace Experience Specialist – Data & Analytics is an integral part of Latham’s Workplace Experience team. This role will be responsible for providing financial and analytical support for the Workplace Experience Department, while retrieving, analysing, and organising capital spend and other department data for reporting. This role will be located in our Manchester office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Other key responsibilities include:
- Processing all of the department’s invoices in regards to capital spend, departmental, and other spend for payment
- Maintaining the department’s invoice database and report on spend as requested
- Identifying risks and opportunities through analysis of monthly forecasts
- Working autonomously and as part of a team to meet organisational and project goals
- Maintaining an archive of completed project files for existing and closed offices
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Display the ability to work independently to research, analyse, and develop financial information
- Demonstrate the ability to maintain flexibility with respect to assigned tasks to ensure the ability to meet deadlines, manage deliverables, and changing task priorities
- Possess well-developed and professional interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all organisational levels of the firm
And have:
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field
- Experience in analytics or data science, preferably
- Experience responding to ad-hoc requests, developing analysis, and producing reports
- Previous experience in a customer-focus position, preferably
