AS A WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE ASSISTANT, YOU WILL:
As the Workplace Experience assistant, you’ll play a vital role in shaping our Monteers experience. You’ll be responsible for executing a variety of initiatives and programs aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction, well-being, health & safety, and productivity. This role requires an energetic and detail-oriented individual who is dedicated to creating a positive and supportive workplace environment.
To do this, we imagine you to have the following experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in office management, facilities coordination, hospitality, or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Skilled in organizing and coordinating events, from small meetings to larger social gatherings.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.
- Great verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees, vendors, and guests.
- Friendly, approachable, and responsive to the needs of employees and visitors.
- Capable of performing tasks that may require standing, lifting, or moving items throughout the day.

Responsibilities:
The salary range for this role is 28.000 DKK . (Our offer will be based on the level of your experience.)
