WHAT TO EXPECT

We are looking for a Workplace Experience professional to ensure the successful daily reception operations of our Sydney office. This individual will collaborate with local Braze team members in supporting the ongoing development of our global workplace initiatives. Workplace Experience is an essential part of this role and will make up for 70% of the daily activities. This role sits on the People Team and will report to the Workplace Experience Site Lead. We will also require this person to be in the office 5 days a week

This role will have a consistent pulse on the needs of our employees in Sydney and be comfortable changing course as global conditions and working environments evolve.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all reception needs
  • Meeting and greeting visitors, ensuring they are dealt with in a professional and welcoming manner, ensuring whoever they are here to see are notified quickly
  • Maintain a tidy and well-organized reception area
  • Provide best-in-class customer service to all Braze employees, clients, partners, vendors, and visitors when they enter a Braze office
  • Monitor and respond to office access and guest registration tickets, maintaining a customer service mindset to ensure world-class support for Braze employees
  • Assist workplace site lead with all physical badge requests
  • Balance priorities to ensure urgent needs are being met and all tasks are being completed in a timely manner
  • Support various workplace office requests and questions
  • Serve as the secondary point of contact for the building team, providing seamless coordination between building personnel and Braze office access
  • Support onsite events with office access, check-in, registration, etc. and work with local experience teams to assist in event execution and completion
  • Support workplace site lead with other ad-hoc tasks as required including but not limited to PTO coverage, operational needs, etc.
