Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO AT JAMF:

In service of our team’s mission of “Helping Jamfs succeed in the workplace”, the Workplace Experience Specialist II, working full-time at our Minneapolis office location, is at the forefront of the employee experience, supporting our office-as-a-service workplace model. Leveraging advanced experience in our 3 pillars of service: culture, office administration, and facilities, this person is responsible for supporting initiatives that promote workplace engagement and satisfaction, ultimately contributing to our company’s growth and success.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO IN THIS ROLE:

  • Serve as the point of contact for the office; acting as the “face” of Jamf at reception; exemplifying the Jamf brand in all manner of decorum
  • Organize and execute memorable events to build company culture and encourage community engagement: volunteer opportunities, picnics, holiday parties, etc
  • Produce content for company communication channels to drive employee participation and inclusion by keeping in-region employees up to date on vital information and insights at Jamf
  • May be responsible for managing multiple office locations, including identifying local leaders and employees who demonstrate a willingness to assist in organizing events and collaborating with them as necessary
  • Develop and foster positive relationships with employees, ERG leaders, Executive assistants, and local leadership to promote the Workplace Services catalog
  • Innovate and deliver programs and services in support of our 3 pillars of service to enhance the work experience of all Jamfs, in-office and remote.
  • Identify and hone individual strengths and subject matter expertise to contribute your voice to our global Workplace strategies
  • Provide insight and recommendations to Workplace leadership to improve internal programs and processes
  • Support change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions for employees during organizational change
  • Own relationship between Jamf and city officials, local law enforcement, emergency response services, and respond to after-hours security concerns
  • Manage ongoing relationships with local vendors and suppliers, schedule and oversee site visits, monitor inventory, place orders, and process deliveries
  • Manage local physical office security; monitor building/office access, physical and electronic key systems and distribution, and guest registration
  • Complete responsibility and oversight of day-to-day operations of the site, ranging from light equipment/facilities/IT repair to janitorial to life-safety, space planning, food and beverage, events, and all programs and services in-between
  • Flexible working hours may be necessary to accommodate the needs of our diverse workforce
