Employee Experience:
- Oversee the employee experience lifecycle; from onboarding to offboarding.You’ll also be responsible for creating the yearly recreation budget and creating a plan inclusive of all the different locations and needs.
- Coordinate and lead employee engagement efforts together with other HR team members.
- Administer exits across your assigned location(s) and provide insights to the HRBP team.
- Manage and coordinate events for all employees; both onsite and remote.
- Collaborate with the Global Employee Experience team to create a wellbeing strategy that’s aligned with the organization’s business needs.
- Assist the HR team with matters relating to local employee relations, engagement and HR business partnership.
- Manage community involvement and volunteer activities with the assistance of local office leaders.
- Open all PO’s for HR and facilities departments
Responsibilities:
Employee Experience:

- Assist the HR team with matters relating to local employee relations, engagement and HR business partnership.

Office Management:
- Assist with preparing travel plans and organize travel arrangements.
- Assist the HR team with implementing company events, both large and small.
- Support remote employees with administrative matters.
- Maintain office and kitchen supplies and coordinate refreshments for the office and meetings.
- Be the point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, and general office budget.
- Manage relationships with facilities service providers, and landlords.
- Carry out seating plans, furniture, and other equipment procurements. Manage planning and logistics associated with meetings and conference rooms.
- Manage vendor relationships and process optimization. This will require you to fully handle the transitioning process to new vendors and negotiations with existing vendors.
