Responsibilities:
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Arcadis is looking to hire a Workplace Facilities Coordinator in Dublin. Ireland Working as part of a team alongside Area Facilities Manager and Property Services Managers to support Office Facilities Management and has site responsibilities. Roles at this level are likely to be a first contact point for the internal business in the day-to-day management of offices and are required to provide advice on the interpretation and application of Arcadis policies in the office. Will have day-to-day responsibility for smaller office (where resident) or part of large building where will often support Office/Facilities Manager
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Access various systems to process data and analyse these to facilitate decision making
- Contribute to a range of internal projects and work with senior specialists to ensure programmes of work are undertaken and project milestones are met
- Carry out tasks, such as the preparation of documentation, to support the implementation of projects to time and quality standards
- Identify and comply with the main principles relevant to Arcadis policies and procedures that govern standard work practices
- Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement of processes and systems
- Respond to and resolve all types of enquiries and problems, judging when to pass complex queries on to or involve others, to provide an effective service and clear advice to colleagues and customers
- Resolve operational day-to-day problems referred from other functions of the business, ensuring an efficient and high-quality service is extended to all internal clients.
- Meeting room and room bookings management
- Possess the skills and experience to ensure all Arcadis offices are managed on a day-to-day basis in accordance with SHE, and FM good practice.
- Excellent administration skills including budgetary management experience, and project administration.
- Previous relevant experience in administration or as a technicianExperience of managing small projects
