    Movember is dedicated to changing the face of men’s health. We’re on a mission to raise awareness and funds for men’s health issues, including mental health, suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer. We believe in having fun while doing good, and our iconic moustache campaign has inspired millions to participate and donate.
    We’re currently seeking a passionate Workplace Fundraising Executive to join our Melbourne based team.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will steward key workplace supporters that contribute funds to support Movember’s annual fundraising campaigns and efforts, acting as one of the primary contacts for organisations interested in participating. This role involves responding to enquiries and ensuring workplaces are set up for a successful, fun and impactful campaign. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of high-value workplace accounts, engaging with stakeholders, conducting welcome calls and responding to expressions of interest.
The ideal candidate will be a people person and a connector, capable of working independently and confidently. Not afraid to pick up the phone or start a conversation with someone new, this person will be a brand ambassador for the work Movember does and the impact our community has. The position requires 4-5 days in our Richmond office per week and occasional attendance at offsite meetings.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU’LL NEED

  • A track record of taking initiative, working independently and being resourceful.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
  • Good organisation skills, the ability to prioritise and manage several programs concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter/high level of internal motivation.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and growth environment.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Proficient in research techniques, database management.
  • Willingness for a small amount of travel to external events including local and interstate.
