Description:

  • East Suffolk Services Limited, working between Lowestoft (NR32 2EX) and Woodbridge (IP13 6ET)
  • £30,559 - £33,366 per annum (pro rata for part time staff)
  • 37 hours per week

    East Suffolk Services is a lively and fast paced place to work. We cover waste collection, street cleaning, parking enforcement, facilities management, cleaning grounds maintenance, CCTV and Home Alarms, cash collection, bereavement services and more!
    We currently have an opportunity to join our company as a Workplace Investigator.

The skills and experience we need is as follows:

  • Extensive experience in undertaking investigations
  • Ability to communicate to a high standard, both written and verbally, to a variety of audiences
  • Experience of developing and implementing policies and procedures
  • Ability to interpret management information in different formats
  • Level 3 education or equivalent qualification in a relevant fiel

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities with the role will be to undertake, as well as support Managers in undertaking workplace investigations such as: disciplinary, grievance, dignity at work, health and safety, and complaints.
