Workplace Learning Consultant

We are seeking a Workplace Learning Consultant to join our team and help drive the design, development, and implementation of effective learning programs for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for consulting with external clients to understand their learning needs and develop customized solutions that meet those needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Any Bachelor’s degree
2. 1+ years of experience in learning and development.
3. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Some sales experience is preferred
5. Excellent consulting, facilitation, and communication skills.
6. Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

1. Consult with external clients to understand their learning needs and goals.
2. Diagnose any potential gaps that can be closed with workplace learning solutions
3. Design and develop customized learning programs
4. Facilitate workshops for the clients
5. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.
6. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in workplace learning and development.
7. Manage projects and timelines to ensure that learning programs are delivered on time and within budget.
8. Achieve monthly sales target
