Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Workplace Operations Manager for our office in Argentina. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and operational leader with a strong background in both human resources and office management. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our local team operates smoothly and efficiently while aligning with our global HR standards and company values.
Compensation: Pay in (US Dollars) DOE

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR and office management, ideally within a multinational company.
  • Strong understanding of local employment laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace.
  • Oversee all HR functions including recruitment specifically for Argentina roles, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with US HR to facilitate payroll processing for Argentina, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that comply with local and international legal standards and align with company values.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Argentina office management issues, including maintenance, supplies, and vendor relationships.
  • Organize and coordinate office administration and procedures to optimize effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure communication and alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Oversee and support Argentina employee training and development initiatives.
  • Assist with management of Argentina performance review process and address employee performance issues.
  • Coordinate with IT support to maintain office equipment and manage technological issues.
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained office environment that complies with health and safety standards.
  • Provide support for miscellaneous HR tasks as and when needed.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
