Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Workplace Operations Manager for our office in Argentina. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and operational leader with a strong background in both human resources and office management. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our local team operates smoothly and efficiently while aligning with our global HR standards and company values.
Compensation: Pay in (US Dollars) DOE

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR and office management, ideally within a multinational company.
- Strong understanding of local employment laws and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace.
- Oversee all HR functions including recruitment specifically for Argentina roles, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Collaborate with US HR to facilitate payroll processing for Argentina, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that comply with local and international legal standards and align with company values.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Argentina office management issues, including maintenance, supplies, and vendor relationships.
- Organize and coordinate office administration and procedures to optimize effectiveness and efficiency.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure communication and alignment with corporate objectives.
- Oversee and support Argentina employee training and development initiatives.
- Assist with management of Argentina performance review process and address employee performance issues.
- Coordinate with IT support to maintain office equipment and manage technological issues.
- Ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained office environment that complies with health and safety standards.
- Provide support for miscellaneous HR tasks as and when needed.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
