Responsibilities:
This is a 24-month fixed term opportunity.
As the Workplace Relations Specialist, in collaboration with a great team, you will be responsible for the provision of solution focused, practical, and timely employee and industrial relations advice utilising your thorough understanding of legislation, common law, and industrial relations principles.
This position requires a professional who can develop sound stakeholder relationships and who can deliver fair and defensible solutions to identify and mitigate risk whilst ensuring compliance with relevant workplace laws and industrial instruments.
