Description:

Workplace Service Management Analyst
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated intern to join our team and gain valuable hands-on experience in Allianz Technology. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with professionals in your field of interest and contribute to real projects that make an impact.

You will

  • Perform onsite support to end users by ticket or service request.
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to 2nd / 3rd level internal support team
  • Perform Service Request including account setup and network configuration.
  • Perform hardware setup support for end users.
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues / requests at one time.
  • up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
  • Produce/update business process / guide for knowledge management.
  • Participate/lead in Projects from such Tech Refresh / inventory management / Disaster Recovery Exercise
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned to him/her.

Key Requirements

  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and network devices
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • Additional certification in Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL or similar technologies is a plus.
  • Minimum 6-month availability for internship.
