DESIRABLE SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

  • Knowledge of Microsoft client and server infrastructure as well as Cloud architecture
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 suite including architecture, interconnectivity, and implementation
  • Knowledge of Workplace solutions such as Desktop and Application Virtualisation, Collaboration services, Modern Management, and Identity & Access ManagementCertifications in Microsoft solution areas such MS365, Azure, IDAM and Security would be an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Attend customer opportunity / strategy meetings to understand and articulate business and technical strategy for the company and customer
  • Qualification of designs or opportunities, producing high-level architecture/design documentation
  • Work closely with Vendors / Partners to keep up to date with current and future technologies, products and strategies
  • Act as a Design Authority for nominated key accounts
  • Act as Technical Authority and lead for complex, enterprise-scale, mission-critical customer projects, throughout the Pre-sales lifecycle into the Planning and Initiation stages of delivery
  • Support colleagues in our Group Strategy & Portfolio function
  • Perform technical governance and assurance across proposed solutions and post-sales consultancy engagements ensuring they meet the documented customer requirements and desired outcomes
