Description:

We are committed to building the industry’s best stock plan administration software and services offering that allows our customers to attract and retain key employees.
As an Associate on the Workplace Solutions team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to developing the workplace platform within JPMorgan Chase, a highly strategic initiative for the firm. You will collaborate extensively with the Workplace Solutions senior leadership team and across lines of business. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data to provide insights and support decision making, working cross functionally with sales, business development, product, technology, and operations to deliver on business priorities, and partnering closely with the Workplace Solutions CEO on day-to-day business operations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS
- Willingness to come into the office 5 days/week
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, startups (FinTechs), investment banking, or similar roles
- Proficient MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Open, collaborative, team-oriented operating style
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and work with senior leaders and handle ambiguity
- High standard of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS
- Undergraduate degree in Economics, Finance, Math, Engineering (or related field)
- Experience applying data analysis to solve business problems in fast-moving environments
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration, including influencing stakeholders and working with diverse team

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute on strategic priorities for Workplace Solutions
- Collaborate with teams across Workplace Solutions functional areas and other lines of business (Wealth Management and Private Banking, Commercial and Investment Banking, and Consumer and Community Banking)
- Analyze operational and financial data
- Build and maintain weekly reporting on the Workplace corporate pipeline, progress against strategic objectives, and business highlights
- Gather and synthesize business intelligence, research and insights on prospects and the industry
- Support creation of C-Suite level executive communications
- Develop internal and external communications and support planning for Town Halls and offsites
