JOB DESCRIPTION

Workplace Solutions is looking for a VP of marketing operations to join the marketing team. You’ll work on with the wider digital and content team to build marketing programs and help define the strategy. You will manage our marketing and technology platform stack, and have experience of working with Hubspot and ideally Microsoft Dynamics and Adobe.
You’ll work across web, mobile, email, analytics, reporting, personalization, testing, display, search and social ad platforms. You will be responsible for the smooth functioning and consistent optimization of the digital function, managing the user journey from lead acquisition all the way through. You’ll build nurture journeys that convert and create comprehensive reports, measuring ROI and the success of campaigns.
This role will deliver key insights and recommendations that optimize the performance of marketing programs and ensure that our initiatives are seamlessly executed and highly effective.

REQUIRED CAPABILITIES, QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in Marketing ops
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to drive results and surface new opportunities
  • Understanding of Digital Marketing fundamentals (channels, tracking, conversion, personalization), SEO and SEM strategies, paid search, and paid advertising.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and marketing technology systems
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups and individuals of all levels of management and employees.
  • Ability to manage complex projects across various groups and priorities.
  • Adept at prioritizing, leading, and inspiring a team to achieve its goals.
  • Experience with the AdTech/MarTech ecosystem, with an understanding of how technology platforms integrate with media buying tools (e.g. Google Ads/Programmatic).
  • Hands on experience in architecture and design of marketing, advertising and data platforms
  • Proven track record of delivering scalable, resource intensive, integrated and operational analytical solutions
  • Ability to phase delivery of solutions such that it can meet immediate needs, while building towards the long-term strategic solution
  • The ability to manage and influence cross-functional sales, marketing and product teams
  • Understanding of social selling tools, customer experience management (CXM) platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, tracking, measurement, attribution, data infrastructure, customer data integration, analytic modelling, campaign management, and business intelligence systems.
  • Experience in implementing digital data platforms/solutions, developing APIs/systems integrations, and/ or developing reporting analytical solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Build out our marketing nurture campaigns
  • Monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives against team KPIs, surfacing data driven insights to improve performance and drive innovation.
  • Analyse the flow from lead acquisition through conversion and yield to track progress against departmental goals.
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points, find risks and illuminate opportunities.
  • Develop Marketing Dashboards to track key success metrics for the team and executive leadership.
  • Lead the team to identify ways to improve key marketing operations, processes and workflows to enhance overall departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Create effective ROI reporting and identify the need for data enrichment/cleansing.
  • Manage and deliver marketing automation processes and projects from inception to maintenance to drive efficiency.
  • Research and specify best-suited tools for marketing attribution reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan, execute, and measure conversions and UX optimizations
