JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead the Product Marketing team in JP Morgan Workplace Solutions.
As a Product Marketing Manager within Global Shares, you will be at the helm of the Product Marketing team, serving as a crucial link between the Product division and the broader Global Shares teams. Your role will involve acting as a product and communications advocate, transforming the roadmap into reality by crafting sales and marketing materials that prioritize our clients and prospects. This position offers the chance to work in a cross-functional manner, collaborate with diverse teams, and play a significant role in lead generation and enhancing client satisfaction scores.

• You can understand technical terms and turn them into digestible, human content

• You have an understanding of the equity compensation industry
• You can coordinate projects with multiple stakeholders - content writers, designers
• You have strong written skills and can interpret brand guidelines and style guides

• Working with the Product Communications team bring the product roadmap to life from a sales and marketing perspective, telling stories and creating content that will resonate with our target audience
• Building regional go to market strategies for our products and services and working with the digital teams to deliver
• Working with content writers and creative designers to build and maintain a library of sales and marketing assets, including videos, decks, brochures and campaign materials
• Contributing to the Global Shares blog and website for all Product and Service related content
• Keeping the RFP and Sales Support team informed of product updates so that our library is always up to date
• Liaising with Operations, Implementations, Compliance, Legal, Marketing and Sales to ensure quality content
