As a Tax Associate within Workplace Solutions you will play a crucial role in fulfilling taxation duties. You will have knowledge of various tax reporting functions, regulatory reporting requirements and be comfortable with high volumes, strict deadlines, and sophisticated clients. You will possess high-level written and verbal communication skills to explain technical reporting positions to internal partners and external clients.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS

  • 2 years plus PQE as a Tax Consultant , with domestic and international experience
  • Strong academic background in tax, law, accountancy, or related discipline.
  • AEOI FATCA and CRS reporting experience
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative and motivated team player.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES AND SKILLS

  • Global/US taxation exposure is beneficial but not essential
  • Management and mentoring experience of junior team members

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely production of diverse tax reporting forms
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of cross-functional business processes to identify automation opportunities and enhance client experiences
  • Assist in tax projects to refine processes and procedures, including cross Line of Business (LOB) strategic initiatives
  • Ensure a robust control environment that meets risk and audit requirements is maintained
  • Analyze data for consistency and accuracy; coordinate with relevant teams to implement necessary adjustments
  • Implement and support business-as-usual processes for continuous information reporting and withholding compliance
  • Deliver tax education and training as required
