Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
Workplace Solutions is hiring a website associate to work with the wider web and digital team to evaluate and manage website performance, hosting and server management and develop, maintain and update website content and localisation. You must have a strong understanding of Wordpress and web technology infrastructures, with experience in Adobe Experience Manager being a plus. You will be comfortable troubleshooting the website and working with the design & SEO team members to roll out changes, localisations and more.
REQUIRED CAPABILITIES, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- A qualification in Computer Science or Marketing.
- 2+ years of work experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of WordPress, Analytical tools and Web standards.
- An understanding of HTML & CSS, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility,
- Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Good time management skills with the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities:
- Implement, manage, monitor and upgrade the Global Shares/Workplace Solutions website.
- Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues.
- Identify and respond to all website issues and bugs.
- Ensure that the website is protected by enabling the appropriate security measures.
- Ensure website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans.
- Improve the User Experience of the website regularly.
- Collaborate with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organisation’s standards.
- Ensure full compliance on the website with all laws and regulations.
- Keep up to date with industry best practice and monitor competitor websites.
- Manage releases and localisation projects
