Unleash Your Potential: Permanent Full-Time Trainer Position at Dapto!
We are seeking a professional, enthusiastic, energetic Workplace Trainer to join our Residential Care Home in Dapto. You will be collaborating closely with our team of care professionals to deliver and coordinate staff training programs. As a seasoned and enthusiastic Workplace Trainer, you will mentor and support our frontline staff, ensuring they achieve positive learning outcomes that enhance resident care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Inductions: Ensure new employees receive thorough and timely orientation.
  • Mandatory Competencies: Keep employees up-to-date with essential skills.
  • Accurate Training Records: Maintain precise and complete training documentation.
  • Safety Culture Contribution: Promote a safe, clean, and compliant workplace, participating in safety activities and hazard reporting as per WHSIMS.

About You

  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment
  • Certificate III in Aged Care Work (or equivalent)
  • Proven aged care experience
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Assessment validation experience for an RTO (highly desirable)
