    Due to continued growth, we have a newly created role available for an Administrator who will be responsible for undertaking the project administration duties in a timely and effective manner and as directed by the Workshop Supervisor with a focus on providing exceptional internal and external customer service.

Your new role

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • Provie support to the Service department through service administration, reporting, and all other administration requirements
  • Assist the Service Supervisor with effective opening and close out of open work orders
  • Data entry of labour hours and plant SMU’s daily, reporting accurately
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies working with HQ accounts payable as required
  • General administrative duties including data entry, scheduling, and minute taking.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Administration experience in a similar role (Preferably construction or mining)
  • Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel (Ability to demonstrate)
  • Experience in Word and Excel processing, managing files and records, designing forms and other office procedures
  • The ability to build positive work relationships and effectively collaborate with co-workers and managers to achieve overall business objectives.
