Due to continued growth, we have a newly created role available for an Administrator who will be responsible for undertaking the project administration duties in a timely and effective manner and as directed by the Workshop Supervisor with a focus on providing exceptional internal and external customer service.

Your new role
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Provie support to the Service department through service administration, reporting, and all other administration requirements
- Assist the Service Supervisor with effective opening and close out of open work orders
- Data entry of labour hours and plant SMU’s daily, reporting accurately
- Resolve invoice discrepancies working with HQ accounts payable as required
- General administrative duties including data entry, scheduling, and minute taking.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Administration experience in a similar role (Preferably construction or mining)
- Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel (Ability to demonstrate)
- Experience in Word and Excel processing, managing files and records, designing forms and other office procedures
- The ability to build positive work relationships and effectively collaborate with co-workers and managers to achieve overall business objectives.
