Workshop Executive

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree holder in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering discipline or equivalent qualification
• Minimum two years experience in an operations environment in the Automotive Industry
• Able to build effective relationships with cross-divisional teams
• Proven tactfulness in communicating with others and constructively resolving challenges
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Support the Workshop Manager in managing the workshop operations and ensure all KPIs are met.
• Ensure operation costs including but not limited to material, manpower, and operating are kept within the operation budget.
• Review and enhance the existing systems without compromising quality or service while optimizing cost.
• Manage and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Produce statistics and reports, to review performance and recommend procedural enhancement for discussion
• Establish, implement and monitor safe working practices and procedures.
• Perform routine safety inspections on equipment and sites to ensure workshop conforms to all health & safety regulations.
