Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Workshop Manager to oversee and manage the
production operations at our facility. This role includes supervising a small team, coordinating logistics and procurement, and ensuring high-quality production processes. The Workshop Manager will also play a hands-on role in maintaining production standards and contributing to the growth of the company.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical expertise, strong leadership qualities, and
a commitment to continuous improvement.
KNOWLEDGE & GROWTH:
11. Leverage knowledge of diesel engines and basic mechanical servicing to support
production and troubleshooting.
