THE POSITION:

Welltec Norway is looking for strong candidates with the following background and experience:

• Extensive experience in logistics operations, with a particular focus on offshore shipments.
• Strong knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and quality standards related to mechanical and electrical operations in a workshop setting.
• Comprehensive understanding of project planning and resource allocation for offshore deliveries, both domestically and internationally.

KEY SKILLS:

• Familiarity with Z-015 regulations.
• Expertise in handling Dangerous Goods in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Experience in general warehousing operations.
• Proficiency in purchasing and ordering processes.
• Knowledge of air freight operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.
• Understanding of customs warehousing procedures, including inbound and outbound customs clearance.

AS WORKSHOP MANAGER STAVANGER TECH HUB, YOUR TASKS WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Serve as the primary liaison between the companies at Stavanger Technology Center (STC) and Welltec, overseeing logistics, resource management, and HSE compliance.
• Plan and allocate resources for the mobilization of equipment across the various companies.
• Take ownership of HSE and quality standards within the workshop, working closely with the lead HSE manager in Bergen, including responsibility for chemical registration in a centralized system across all companies.
• Monitor and coordinate shipments, ensuring effective communication with carriers.
• Oversee the packing and securing of cargo to meet safety and quality standards.
• Maintain and update asset records, while assisting in the onboarding of new companies into the asset management system.
• Manage inventory accounting, including adjustments for stock increases or reductions.
• Ensure certifications for surface equipment are kept up to date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Handle various general and ad-hoc workshop and logistics tasks as needed.
