Werkplaatsmonteur/technieker bij Nilfisk in Gent (M/V)
Vanuit ons Europees Distributiecentrum in Gent worden dagelijks professionele reinigingsmachines op maat geleverd die voldoen aan de vraag van de klant om ervoor te zorgen dat klanten alle benodigde reinigingstaken kunnen uitvoeren. Om deze bestellingen af te handelen, hebben we een team opgericht dat verantwoordelijk is voor het testen en monteren van verschillende extra kits en batterijen in allerhande machines. Op dit moment bestaat het team uit 5 monteurs en een aantal quality collega’s. Je rapporteert aan het hoofd van de werkplaats.
Voor het afhandelen van werkplaatsorders zijn we op zoek naar een werkplaatsmonteur die verschillende aanvullende kits en accu’s in onze machines kan installeren en kan communiceren in het Nederlands of Engels. Je maakt deel uit van een team van zowel mannen als vrouwen.

De benodigde vaardigheden zijn:

• Een technische achtergrond
• Technische tekeningen kunnen lezen
• Een pro-actieve en gestructureerde werkstijl
• Zelfstandig kunnen werken met focus op de kwaliteit van je eigen werk
• In staat zijn om te communiceren en lezen in het Nederlands of Engels
• Verantwoordelijke en hands-on houding
• Teamgeest en bereidheid andere collega’s te ondersteunen
• Fysieke bekwaamheid

Taken in de werkplaats*

• Configureren van machines en installeren van accessoires op machines (van klein, middelgroot tot groot)
• Uitvoeren van kwaliteitsgerelateerde taken (IPQC) in overeenstemming met procesbeschrijvingen
• Indien nodig assisteren bij globale kwaliteitsacties voor alle machines (herbewerkingsactiviteit)

Join us as our WORKSHOP TECHNICIAN at Nilfisk Ghent
From our European Distribution Center in Ghent, professional customized cleaning machines are delivered daily that meet customers demand in order to ensure that customers can fulfil all needed cleaning tasks. To handle these orders, we have established a team that is responsible for testing and mounting various additional kits and batteries into machines of all kinds. At this moment the team consists of 5 employees, but is expect to expand to 7-10 in order to meet the increased demands. You will report to a Head of Workshop.
To handle Workshop orders, we seek a Workshop Technician who can install various additional kits and batteries into our machines. He/she must be able to communicate in Dutch or English. You will be a part of a team of both men and women.

The skills needed are:

• Have a technical background
• Be able to read technical drawings
• A proactive and structured working style
• Be able to work independently with a focus on the quality of your own work
• Be able to communicate and read in Dutch or English
• Responsible and hands-on attitude
• Team spirit and willingness to support other colleagues
• Physical ability

Tasks in the workshop for a Technician:

• Configuring machines and installing accessories on machines (from small, medium to large)
• Perform quality related tasks (IPQC) in accordance with process descriptions
• If required assist in global quality actions to all machines. (rework activity)
