Workshop Technician

EP Equipment Germany is looking for a qualified and motivated service technician/mechatronics engineer for our electric industrial trucks for our logistics center in Huizingen as soon as possible. Experience in electrical engineering in the field of industrial trucks, forklifts, construction machinery and agricultural machinery is the basis for taking on this challenge.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Perform pre-delivery work on new equipment, ensuring proper operation of equipment.
• Perform pre-delivery work on new machines, including fitting fittings and accessories.
• Maintain accurate records of job sheets, timesheets and other administrative items.
• Maintain a professional level of customer service with all EP Equipment customers.

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant professional qualification (forklift mechanic, auto/light vehicle mechanic, heavy vehicle mechanic, factory mechanic, diesel mechanic).
• Forklift driving license.
• Previous experience in forklift industry or similar/related industry.
• Well developed mechanical aptitude
• Good time management skills with the ability to work independently.
• Good oral and written communication skills in Dutch, French and English.
• Willingness to participate in training programs to increase your product knowledge and understanding of procedures, safe work practices, legal responsibilities and licensing requirements.
